It seems as if most communities and board and care homes have figured out the training requirement, but we keep getting calls from homes where licensing is citing for reasons not clear in the legislation. What does a new facility do to assist with medication with a new residents, if the administrator does not have a person to shadow on the day of admission?
How are you destroying medication? We've had some interesting stories in our classes about how medication is getting destroyed.
